Description
MacroLine is an inkjet printer with solenoid valves suited for a wide variety of applications to print dates, prices, lots, expirations, logos, at low resolution.
To whom it is destined
Suited for especially harsh environments to print on boxes, bags, pipes, industrial products in general.
It can be used on porous and non-porous substrates depending on the ink.
Large printing distance to mantain the printer far from the substrate to be printed on.
It can be easily integrated in any production line.
Operator’s interface
The user friendly interface makes the printer easy to setup and operate.
Low resolution printing
Low resolution and big drops realize simple text, but large and extremely visible.
Three lines of text
With the 17-dot printhead up to 3 lines of text are achievable.
Print height
Using 7 or 17 dots and by slanting the printhead, text from 10 to 57 mm can be printed.
Reduced energy consumption
By integrating the electronics into the printhead and by using switching drivers, thermal dispersions related to the solenoid technology are reduced and the power consumption is optimized.
No compressed air
No compressed air is required to operate. Pressure is created only when needed by a micro pump.
